CA Nilesh Chandak brings together academic excellence, professional depth, and a strong commitment to mentorship.
He is a Chartered Accountant with AIR 18 in CA Final, AIR 29 in CA Intermediate, and 92.50% in CPT – achievements earned through conceptual clarity and disciplined preparation rather than rote learning. Alongside CA, he has cleared all three levels of the CFA Program, securing 90+ percentile in each level.
His academic journey includes graduating from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, where he secured Rank 19 in the Dean’s Merit List. He has also completed a Management Development Program from IIM Lucknow.
Professionally, his journey began with articleship at Deloitte in Statutory Audit, followed by selection into the Finance Leadership Program at the Aditya Birla Group. Before transitioning into teaching, he spent three years at Dhruva Advisors, a Tier-I tax and regulatory firm, specializing in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing. During this phase, he advised multiple Fortune 500 clients across India, the Middle East, and Singapore, gaining extensive exposure to complex global tax structures and high-impact advisory engagements.
At the core of his teaching lies one unwavering belief: fear has no place in learning.
Direct Taxation is often perceived as complex – not because it truly is, but because it is rarely taught with clarity and structure. His approach focuses on dismantling this fear by building strong conceptual foundations, encouraging logical thinking, and instilling confidence.
He does not see himself as an instructor standing above students, but as a mentor who has walked the same road and understands its challenges.
Because education should not merely help students clear an exam — it should prepare them for life beyond it.
